• Respond to your inquiries about venue rentals.
• Send you updates and special event news (if you've opted in).
• Improve our website and customer service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information with service providers (like our website host) as necessary to operate our business and stay in touch with you.

By booking an event at Cherry Creek Falls Event Center, the "Renter" agrees to the following terms:

• A deposit is required to secure your requested date.
• Full payment must be received by the date specified in your individual rental agreement.
• Tours are available by appointment only.

• The rental includes access to the 1500 sq. ft. dining hall, prep kitchen, gazebo, and exterior amphitheater.
• Accessibility: The indoor facility is wheelchair accessible.
• Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome on the property.

• Renters are welcome to use their caterer of choice.
• The prep kitchen is provided for easy set-up, but all vendors must leave the space in the condition it was found. Please refer to rental agreement for cleaning policy

• The Renter is responsible for any damage to the property or amenities (including the 9-foot movable wood tables and screening equipment).
• Renter is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Please refer to the rules outlined in the rental agreement. 
• Cherry Creek Falls Event Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your event.

• We reserve the right to cancel an event if the terms of the rental agreement are not met or if safety concerns arise.
